Description

Inspired by the fresh flavours of Italy, this intense salad is bursting with taste. Mouthfuls of wholesome, nutty spelt, coated in fragrant basil pesto paired with luxuriously creamy mozzarella, juicy red peppers & sundried tomato strips with plump green tomatoes ensure burst after burst of Italian flavour.

This deli dish serves up the best flavours of Italy in one dish, eat me as I am or try me with a chicken breast wrapped in pancetta and ciabatta with oil.
